FESTIVAL: SÃO PAULO RESTAURANT WEEK
Present in more than 15 Brazilian cities, Brazil Restaurant Week is one of the biggest gastronomic festivals in the world and has won a growing audience with each edition. SHOW: CAPITAL INICIAL
The band Capital Inicial presents in Tom Brasil the last show of the tour of “Acoustic NYC”, work that marks 15 years since the acoustic album of the group. The CD and DVD have the latest songs from the group, without the use of electric instruments. Also three new songs were recorded on this album: “Doce e Amargo”, “A Mina” e “Vai e Vem”.

MUSICAL: BELA ADORMECIDA
This new adaptation of Charles Perrault’s short story will place the villainous Maleficent to sing and delight viewers of all ages. With the direction of the Italian Billy Bond, the children’s musical The Sleeping Beauty is the result of the adaptation of the famous homonym fairy tale and tells the story of Princess Aurora (Sleeping Beauty), who, in her baptism party, ends up being a victim of a terrible curse Uttered by Maleficent, the queen of evil. The musical has, in total, six real and virtual scenarios, all meticulously elaborated and constructed.

EXHIBITION: BARROCO ARDENTE E SINCRÉTICO – LUSO-AFRO-BRASILEIRO

The exhibition, which gathers around 400 works, is a tribute to the 300 year anniversary of Our Lady Aparecida, Patron of Brazil, and traces various manifestations of the artistic style in Portugal and Brazil, with emphasis on their expressions in a mixed country. Curated by Emanoel Araujo, the exhibition introduces the visitor to the spirit of the Baroque, passing through its references in erudite and popular culture, between the XVII and XIX centuries.
